The Caroma Flow has a nominal flow rate of 1.5gallons per minute/5.7L at 80 pounds per square inch, saving up to 10 gallons more water than the standard 2.5gpm showerhead for a 10-minute shower.

Incorporating a "easy-slide spray adjustment", the showerhead can be used for a wide coverage bath spray or a concentrated rinse flow with heavier droplets. The Caroma Flow showerhead can be installed in both retrofit and new construction projects.
