New Windsor, NY - The Builders Association of the Hudson Valley will host a NYSDOS approved continuing education program, which will yield the necessary 22.5 hours of CE and the National Association of Home Builders’ Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
This professional level course is designed for specialists in new home sales and enrollees will learn how to master the craft of successful selling, gain a broad understanding of the home building business, discuss consumer psychology, and learn the advanced techniques used by real estate veterans.
Training will take place on January 23, 24 & 26 at the BAHV headquarters located at 1161 Little Britain Road, New Windsor, NY 12553.
A nominal fee of $560 for NAHB members or $660 for non – members includes all course material and registration can be made at www.hvbuilder.com or by calling (845) 567 – 6600 by January 17, 2012.
